>How do I figure out what size is best for me?

The listed measurements are based on actual body dimensions—not generic chain store sizing—so we recommend taking your own measurements if possible. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out; we’re happy to help you choose the right size.

As a new, small business, our current size range is limited, but this is just the beginning. Expanding sizing is a priority, and we’re committed to making Venus & Vice more inclusive as we grow.

>How long does my order take to get processed and shipped out?

All Venus & Vice pieces are made to order — meaning nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be bought. This helps us reduce waste and create only what’s truly wanted. Because of that, processing and shipping times may vary depending on current demand.

Please allow 7–14 business days for your order to be made and shipped. If we’re moving faster (or slower), we’ll keep you in the loop via email. Good things take time — and we promise, it’ll be worth the wait. If an item is available for preorder, there will be a date in the listing of when you can expect it to be shipped out by.

>How should I care for my garments?

Although these items are handmade with love, washing machines and dryers don’t always treat our clothing with love as well. we recommend hand washing (or delicate cycle) on cold water and lay out flat to dry. Please also refer to the care instructions card in your package and clothing label.

>Do you offer international shipping?

YEs, we do! As a small brand just getting our feet off the ground, shipping rates may be a bit higher than we’d like—but we’re working on it. As we grow, we hope to lower costs and expand our options for customers around the world. Thank you for your support and patience as we get there.

>What is your return policy?

As of right now, we do not accept returns. all sales are final. Please refer to the size chart to make sure it will fit properly.

>What do I do if my item arrives damaged?

In a scenario like this, please reach out to us within 7 business days, and we will coordinate with you how to make this right.
